One Persona Page Per Offer

Every active Meta ad runs from a first-name-last-name persona page, never a brand page, and each persona sells exactly one offer. Scraping each page directly turned up no other offers.

YouTube spend figures are third-party estimates. Every domain these brands' YouTube ads link to was also searched in the Meta Ad Library. My Green Home runs no Meta ads on its domains. DailyConsumer's contentxplore.com runs about 1,380 Meta ads, but they are jobs, health and phone offers; only the 6 drain-clearing ads are home-related and shown here.

The Home Repair Lead-Gen Playbook

Lead-Gen Publishers, Not Contractors

The operators behind these programs don't install windows or remodel bathrooms. They buy traffic, collect homeowner leads for bath, window, roofing and walk-in-tub projects, and sell them. Together the programs run 969 YouTube ads ($3.98M lifetime, $155K in the last 30 days), 83 active Meta ads, and 42 live landing pages across three domains.

The "Relief Program" Frame

Every offer is named like a public program: National Window Program, National Bath Program, "2026 Bathroom Remodel Relief Service", "2026 Window Replacement Assistance Program", "Senior Savings". The Meta copy leans on it hard. Window ads lead with “Unsold Window Prices Are Cheap” (10) and “See Your Cheapest Price Here” (7), including "Final round of approvals for unsold windows" and "Most senior homeowners don't know something like this exists." Bath ads lead with “Qualify For Bathroom Relief Now” (17) and “Helps Homeowners Remodel Their Bathrooms🛀” (6). Nothing is being approved. The frame turns a sales lead ("get a quote") into an eligibility check ("see if you qualify"), which is a much easier click for an older homeowner.

One Action: Check Your ZIP Code

Every page funnels to the same form: check your ZIP code. The window page geo-personalizes its headline ("📍 SERVING Ventura, California RESIDENTS NOW"), promises "Senior Homeowners Are Getting Energy-Efficient Window Quotes After Checking Their Zip Code", and says the check takes 30 seconds. The bath page adds a qualifier, "The only catch is that your bathrooms must be over 9 years old", which is the same device as the TV ad's "your windows must be at least 7 years old". The Meta ads point at /3956/rotate and /2553/rotate, rotator URLs that show "Checking Your Eligibility Based On Location" and redirect each visitor to a page variant, so one ad URL can split-test many pages.

Home Repair Nightmares: The Fake News Layer

homerepairnightmares.com dresses up as a news site: "Home Improvement News", section tabs for Windows / Roofing / Bath Remodel, an "Exclusive Investigation" headline, a made-up byline ("Robert Calloway, Home Improvement Correspondent"), "14,837 reading now", and the current date filled in automatically. Each story ends in the same ZIP-code check. It runs 12 live pages across bath, windows, roofing (4 pages), walk-in tubs and home warranty, so it's the cross-vertical pre-sell for all three programs. SimilarWeb puts 57% of its traffic on paid social, yet no Meta ad in the Ad Library mentions the domain, so its social traffic likely arrives through redirect or tracking links. The owned form it feeds, findmywindowpro.com, does show up on Meta: 6 ads from an affiliate page called "Happy word", headlined "New Window Program", routed through a third-party tracker.

YouTube: From Advertorial Domains to "Programs"

The YouTube ad history shows the pivot. In 2023–24 the home arm ran 675 videos ($2.89M) through advertorial subdomains like windows.thehomeownersdigest.com and tubs.thehomeownersdigest.com. Those domains no longer resolve (665 videos, $3.02M lifetime). In 2026 the spend moved to the "Program" domains: 24 videos and $855K so far this year, dominated by a single 61-second video, "FutureToilet 9x16", at $740K. Most creatives are short: 780 of 835 with a known duration run 65 seconds or less.

Google's Ads Transparency Center shows the current creative set. The advertiser account holds 674 home-repair creatives (649 video, 25 image), last shown 2026-09-28, covering 160 unique videos, all uploaded by a YouTube channel called "Home Owner's Digest". 134 of them are recent uploads missing from the older YouTube ad history. By landing page: 90 videos go to National Bath Program, 65 to Home Repair Nightmares and 32 to National Window Program. Their internal creative names are one-word concepts plus aspect ratio ("FutureToilet 9x16", "BlueCeramic 16x9", "CupGrind 9x16", "GrassCut 1x1"): each concept is cut three ways, for Shorts, in-stream and square.

Traffic

National Bath Program is the workhorse: 351K visits in August, split between display (46%, which is YouTube and Google) and paid social (45%), with an 83% bounce rate typical of one-question lead forms. National Window Program is brand new: zero in June, 6.1K in July, 29.5K in August, 76% from display. Its Meta ads are a median 6 days old, so the window vertical is only now being scaled on Meta.

QA Slips

28 of the 83 Meta ads ship with unrendered {{product.name}} / {{product.brand}} catalog tags as the headline and body, the same DCO mistake we found at Grounding Well and Maria Wendt. The live copy still says "2025 Window Replacement Relief Program" and "2025 bathroom relief program" in September 2026, and the window page's urgency line reads "Program incentives expire Thursday, September 1".

Tactical Takeaways

1. Frame the lead form as an eligibility check. "See if you qualify" beats "get a quote" for older homeowners, and the program naming does most of the work.
2. Add a qualifier that almost everyone passes. "Your bathroom must be over 9 years old" makes the offer feel exclusive while excluding almost nobody.
3. Keep one persona page per offer. Scarlett Boswell sells baths and Madison Monroe sells windows. If one page gets flagged, the other offer keeps running.
4. Put a rotator behind every ad URL. /####/rotate lets them test 21 bath variants without touching the ads.
5. Pre-sell with a fake news hub. Home Repair Nightmares gives YouTube and Google traffic an editorial warm-up across every home vertical before the ZIP-code form.
